DeBRULER, J. The appellant, Roy L. Meadows, was charged by an information with two counts of burglary, Ind. Code § 35-43-2-1, and one count of theft, Ind. Code § 35-43-2-2. He entered into a plea agreement with the State, but the trial court rejected it. After a jury trial, he was convicted on all counts and sentenced to ten years' imprisonment on each burglary count and two years' imprisonment on the theft charge, the sentences to be served consecutively.
